Meet Your Coach
Olivette Myers is a Life coach, former School Counselor, the creator of the Modern Day Kitchen and the Root to Rise framework. For over 30 years, Olivette has held space for women, families, and communities navigating stress, transition, and healing. Her work centers on helping women move out of survival mode into lives rooted in joy, truth, and wholeness. Joy Collective gatherings are where her heart and purpose meet-creating spaces where women can rest, tell the truth, and reconnect without pressure. This isn't about fixing. It's about sitting together.
Come Sit With Me
Your seat at the table is waiting.
You don't need to prepare.
You don't need the right words.
You don't need to perform strength here.
Just come as you are.
Because healing begins the
moment you stop pretending you're fine.

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
Do I have to Share?
No. You're always welcome to listen. Sharing is an invitation, never an expectation.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Journals and materials will be provided.
Is this therapy or coaching?
This is guided, reflective community experience-not therapy and not group coaching.
What if I feel nervous?
That's completely normal. Most women arrive feeling that way- and leave feeling lighter.
Pull Up A Chair
Your seat at the table is waiting. You don't need to prepare. You don't need to have the right words. You don't need to be strong. Just come as you are. Spots are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience.
This summer, we stop surviving.
We get grounded. We choose joy-together.
